Role Description This full time Digital Marketing Executive Cum Trainer role is an on-site position based in Kolhapur. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search, while monitoring performance metrics and optimizing strategies. The professional will create and manage content, coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and sales goals, and engage with clients to understand their marketing needs.

In the trainer capacity,



the role includes designing training modules, delivering classroom or workshop-style sessions on digital marketing topics, assessing learner performance, and updating training materials based on industry trends. The position also requires maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring that both marketing activities and training programs align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, writing, and interpersonal abilities.
- Core Marketing knowledge with experience in campaign planning, branding, and lead generation.
- Training and coaching skills to design curricula, conduct sessions, and evaluate learner progress.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms, email marketing tools) and basic SEO concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing or training are an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
