Position: Digital Marketing & Basic Computer Trainer Intern

About the Role

Launchpad Academy is looking for a motivated and responsible Digital Marketing & Basic Computer Trainer Intern to train students and help develop a structured, practical, and career-oriented training program.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students in Basic Computer and Digital Marketing.
- Develop a systematic course structure, syllabus, and training modules.
- Design and update courses according to student and market requirements.
- Prepare practical assignments, projects, presentations, and study materials.
- Conduct regular classes and provide practical, hands-on training.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance and support.
- Teach Basic Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, File Management, and basic computer operations.
- Teach Digital Marketing fundamentals including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Content Creation, Canva, Google Tools, and Online Marketing.
- Manage and update the company website, including course information, blogs, announcements, and other content.
- Support the academy's digital marketing and online presence.
- Create and maintain training resources and course documentation.
- Help develop new skill-based and job-oriented courses for students.
- Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of Basic Computers and Digital Marketing.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic website management/content management knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach and explain concepts clearly.
- Creative approach to course and content development.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Eligibility
- Freshers, students, and recent graduates can apply.
- Candidates from Digital Marketing, Computer Applications, IT, Management, or related fields are preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge are also welcome.

Stipend & Growth
- Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000
- Performance Review: After 4 months
- Based on work performance, teaching quality, responsibilities, and overall contribution, the stipend will be increased after 4 months.
- Prospect for continued professional growth and a potential long-term role based on performance.
