Digital Marketing & Design Executive (Part-Time)

Location: Umayanalloor, Kollam

We're looking for a hands-on, part-time Digital Marketing & Design Executive to independently run our SMS, social media, ad, design, and video marketing efforts. This is an execution-focused role — you'll be creating content, coordinating campaigns, and managing our Instagram presence from scratch. Most work can be done remotely, with in-office presence required for a few hours, at least twice a week, during daytime hours.

What You'll Do

- Plan and send SMS marketing campaigns as directed by management
- Set up and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns targeted at local audiences
- Design print-ready flyers and in-branch posters, and hand over final files for printing
- Create AI-generated or self-shot video ads for in-branch screens and social media
- Take full ownership of our Instagram page (currently new/empty) — content planning, posting, and engagement
- Generate and execute interactive content ideas involving branch staff; coordinate an external shoot resource when needed

Who We're Looking For

- Very active and proactive — able to plan and execute campaigns with minimal supervision




- Strong communication skills — comfortable coordinating with management and branch staff.
- Working knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva or similar) for print and social creatives
- Comfortable with video editing / AI video tools, or willing to learn quickly
- Advanced understanding of running Meta ads
- Based in or able to commute to Umayanalloor, Kollam — must be available in-office a few hours, at least twice a week, during daytime
