Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and focuses on driving digital visibility and growth for KRAFTORS AI&R.;

The Digital

Marketing and Search Engine Optimization Executive will conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimization, and manage link-building activities to improve organic search performance. The role includes planning and executing SEO campaigns, performing regular SEO audits, and monitoring analytics to assess results and identify opportunities. The Executive will collaborate with content and technical teams, manage social media marketing initiatives, and support integrated digital marketing strategies across channels.



Daily responsibilities also include reporting on key performance metrics, staying current with SEO and digital marketing best practices, and suggesting data-backed improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize website content and structure.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Link Building to enhance domain authority and organic visibility.
- Candidates should possess expertise in SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and performance issues affecting search rankings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to support brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
- Candidates should have proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, major SEO suites).
- Candidates should demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content strategy and conversion optimization.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B technology or AI-focused organizations and familiarity with on-prem and enterprise environments is an advantage.
