Join Enthusionz Digital Pvt. Ltd. as a Digital Growth Lead.

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Field-Based

Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Incentives

Qualification: Post Graduate, preferably MBA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Identify potential clients across different industries

? Research businesses and identify companies requiring digital marketing services

? Connect with founders, CEOs, marketing heads and decision-makers

? Generate qualified business opportunities

? Generate a minimum of 2 qualified client meetings/appointments every day

? Conduct client meetings and understand their requirements

? Prepare and share proposals with prospective clients

? Manage follow-ups, negotiations and closures

? Coordinate the onboarding of new clients





? Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets

? Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business opportunities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Robust communication & client-facing skills

- Confident in face-to-face meetings
- Good prospecting & networking skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willing to travel for client meetings
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Ability to convert Prospects → Meetings → Clients
