About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Growth & Analytics Manager to lead social media performance, drive audience growth, and optimise digital strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strategic thinking to maximise organic reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead social media performance tracking and analytics across Meta, YouTube, X, and other digital platforms.
- Develop data-driven strategies to accelerate audience growth, engagement, and content performance.
- Analyse key metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid promotions and digital campaigns to achieve defined objectives.
- Develop performance dashboards and regular reports to track KPIs and business outcomes.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify emerging digital growth opportunities.




- Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to enhance content strategy and maximise digital impact.

What We're Looking For ✔ 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media growth, performance marketing, or analytics.

✔ Strong expertise in Meta, YouTube, and X analytics, along with paid promotion platforms.

✔ Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

✔ A data-driven mindset with a solid focus on experimentation, optimisation, and measurable results.
