About the Role

We are launching a brand-new YouTube channel focused on [Entertainment, e.g., tech reviews, personal finance, entertainment] and are looking for a charismatic, energetic, and articulate on-camera creator to be the official face of the brand. In this role, you will be the primary host, translating ideas and scripts into engaging, audience-retaining video content, shorts, and community updates.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Camera Performance: Serve as the lead host across all long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, and occasional livestreams, maintaining high energy, authentic delivery, and strong pacing.

- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and production team to pitch ideas, refine scripts, brainstorm hooks, and shape the channel’s tone and persona.

- Community Engagement: Represent the channel in community posts, comment interactions, and occasional audience Q&As; to build an active, loyal subscriber base.

- Production Support: Collaborate with videographers, lighting teams, and editors on set to ensure productive filming sessions and deliver strong visual takes.

- Format Iteration:



Review channel analytics (retention curves, click-through rates, audience feedback) with the creative team to adapt presentation styles and video structures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience as an on-camera host, actor, presenter, or digital content creator

- Strong vocal control, dynamic facial expression, and natural comfort delivering lines to a lens.

- Exceptional ability to memorize talking points quickly or read naturally from a teleprompter without sounding scripted.

- Solid understanding of YouTube culture, storytelling mechanics, audience retention, and pacing.

- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to take creative direction and feedback gracefully.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience building a personal social media presence or fronting an established channel.

- Subject-matter interest or foundational knowledge in Cinema/Entertainment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
