Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor HSD/Diesel receipt, storage, and issuance at the project site.

- Maintain accurate records of daily diesel receipts, consumption, and balance stock.

- Ensure diesel is issued only against authorized requests/indent and proper documentation.

- Maintain HSD stock register, issue register, receipt records, and daily consumption reports.

- Record and monitor diesel consumption for heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, and construction machinery

- Reconcile physical HSD stock with system/book records on a regular basis.

- Enter all HSD receipts and issues accurately in the company's ERP system and ensure timely updates.

- Monitor equipment-wise/vehicle-wise fuel consumption and highlight abnormal or excess consumption to management.

- Ensure proper documentation of supplier invoices, delivery challans, fuel slips, and measurement records.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies immediately.





- Ensure protected storage and handling of diesel in accordance with site safety and environmental requirements**.

- Monitor the condition and security of HSD tanks, dispensing equipment, pumps, meters, and related facilities.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSD consumption and stock reports for management.

- Support audits and provide all required HSD-related records and documents.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures related to fuel management and control.

Eligibility & Skills

- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HSD/Fuel Management, preferably in road, highway, infrastructure, or construction projects.

- Good knowledge of diesel stock management and reconciliation.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Good understanding of equipment-wise fuel consumption monitoring

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
