- Manage and monitor overall manufacturing and plant operations.
- Plan production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, PPC, Engineering, and HR departments.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to customer delivery schedules.
- Monitor machine performance, downtime, maintenance requirements, and process improvements.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, andhealth & safety standards.
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Lead, guide, and develop departmental teams and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Handle operational issues and take timely decisions to maintain smooth plant functioning.
- Support current product development, process improvements, and capacity expansion projects.
- Participate in management reviews and contribute to strategic planning.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
