DevOps Engineer

Experience: 2–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization, and automation. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to build reliable, scalable, secure, and automated deployment environments.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with AWS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, along with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, test, and deployment.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting processes.
- Manage Linux servers, networking, security groups, IAM, and other cloud infrastructure components.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Work with development teams to improve deployment processes and release reliability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application-related issues.
- Follow security and operational best practices across development and production environments.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly:
- EC2
- S3
- IAM
- VPC
- CloudWatch
- Load Balancers
- RDS
- Good experience with Docker and containerization.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure-as-Code tool.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
- GitHub Actions
- GitLab CI/CD
- Jenkins
- AWS CodePipeline
- Good understanding of Git and Git workflows.
- Scripting experience with Bash and/or Python.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, ports, and load balancing.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, automation, deployment strategies, and version control.

Good to Have
- Experience with AWS EKS.
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes package management.
- Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with ELK/OpenSearch or centralized logging.




- Knowledge of Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with Argo CD or Argo Workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS security and IAM best practices.
- AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Developer/DevOps Engineer.
- Exposure to DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and security automation.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
