Job Role: DevOps Engineer / Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 6+ years of experience to design, build, automate and manage scalable, secure and highly available cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement and manage scalable, secure and highly available infrastructure on GCP.
- Deploy, configure and manage Kubernetes clusters using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD or Google Cloud Build.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible and other IaC tools.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions.
- Ensure application reliability, performance, scalability and cloud security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, deployment and production issues.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management and disaster recovery activities.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and security teams to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
- Support cloud operations, release management and continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Skills – 10 Mandatory Skills
1. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Strong hands-on experience with GCP cloud infrastructure and services.
2. Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) – Kubernetes cluster deployment, administration, upgrades and troubleshooting.
3. Kubernetes – Strong knowledge of container orchestration, cluster management and production deployments.
4. Terraform – Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable modules and automated infrastructure provisioning.
5. Docker – Containerization, Docker image creation and application deployment.
6. CI/CD Pipelines – Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD or Google Cloud Build.
7. Helm – Kubernetes application packaging, configuration and deployment.
8. Monitoring & Observability – Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Google Cloud Monitoring.
9. Linux & Scripting – Strong Linux administration and scripting experience in Python, Bash or Go.
10. SRE & Cloud Security – Incident management, RCA, reliability engineering, IAM, networking and disaster recovery.

GCP Services Candidates should have hands-on experience with relevant GCP services such as:
