Key Responsibilities
Outlook & Email Configuration
- Outlook setup and configuration
- Manual server configuration
- IMAP / POP / SMTP settings
- Exchange / Microsoft 365 configuration
- Troubleshooting Outlook, email, and sync issues
MacBook Configuration – Mandatory
- macOS setup and configuration
- Microsoft Office & Outlook setup
- User/account configuration
- Basic troubleshooting and system settings
Printer Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Network printer installation and configuration
- Printer IP configuration
- Driver installation and printer sharing
- Print spooler troubleshooting
- Printer connectivity and printing issue resolution
Mail Ports & Connectivity Knowledge
- SMTP: 25, 465, 587
- IMAP: 143, 993
- POP3: 110, 995
- SSL/TLS and secure mail connection knowledge
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Desktop Support / IT Support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office & Outlook
- MacBook configuration experience is mandatory
- Good understanding of email configuration, networking, printers, and mail protocols
- Positive communication and user-handling skills
Location: Delhi Company: Vault Kicks Pvt. Ltd.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
