- Installation and Maintenance of windows operating system related to Desktop/Laptop Infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting windows operating system issues.
- Installation and configuration of approved softwares.
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems on approved software applications.
- Installation and Maintenance of printers, scanners etc.
- Troubleshooting LAN network related issues.
- Troubleshooting for failed antivirus connection/windows patch failure related to Desktop/Laptop.
- Proactive monitoring measures to keep system up and running in line with standards.
- Ensure work to be carried out with agreed service levels
- and department guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics or Computer Science or
Information Technology.
- Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer
- Working Knowledge on Windows Operating System Windows 10.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
