- Laptop/Desktop setup, provisioning troubleshooting

- Windows Mac OS support and system log analysis

- Google Workspace: User, License, OU Access Management

- Endpoint Security: Sophos, Antivirus, Malware Response Agent Management

- BitLocker / FileVault and device security

- Local Admin Application Access Management

- Employee Onboarding Offboarding, including data retention

- 2FA / Security Policy enforcement

- IT Asset Management, Documentation Vendor Coordination

Requirements:

- 0-3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Administration / System Administration

- Strong knowledge of Windows, basic networking troubleshooting

- Hands-on exposure to Google Workspace Endpoint Security

- Understanding of Sophos, BitLocker/FileVault 2FA

- Robust problem-solving and user-support skills
