Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and develop sheet metal parts using CATIA V5/V6, CAD modeling, and other relevant software tools.

- Create and maintain 3D CAD models, detailed engineering drawings, and product documentation as per customer and manufacturing requirements.

- Conduct DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly) studies to optimize designs for manufacturing processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of designs.

- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, requirement gathering, and design reviews to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

- Support engineering change management, issue resolution, and product development activities throughout the project lifecycle.





Job Requirements:

- 2-6 years of experience in Sheet Metal Design Engineering or a related field.

- Proficiency in CATIA V5, CATIA V6, CAD Modeling, GD&T;, Part Modeling, and Drawing Creation/Detailing.

- Experience in sheet metal component design and development.

- Strong understanding of client interaction, customer requirement handling, technical discussions, and project meetings.

- Positive communication and presentation skills with the ability to coordinate directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
