Design & Product Development Job Summary We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer / Design Engineer to support new product development, CAD designing, mold, jig and fixture development, and preparation of technical drawings. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Educational Qualification • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering • Diploma in Mechanical / CAD-CAM • ITI candidates with relevant CAD/design knowledge may also be considered

Experience • Fresher: Good knowledge of CAD software and basic mechanical design concepts.

Experienced: 13 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, mold, jig, fixture, or sheet-metal design.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer and marketing requirements for new product development.
- Prepare 2D/3D CAD designs, concepts, BOM and project cost details.
- Prepare and modify product, mold, jig and fixture drawings.
- Design molds, jigs and fixtures using CAD software.
- Prepare laser cutting and sheet-metal drawings for vendors and workshop.
- Coordinate with production, tool room, quality, purchase and maintenance teams.




- Support mold, jig and fixture trials and inspect final tools.
- Prepare inspection sheets and inspect sample products.
- Prepare technical drawings as required by Production, Maintenance, Purchase and Sales departments.
- Maintain design records, drawings and project documentation.
- Follow project timelines and support project execution.
- Perform other design-related tasks assigned by management. Required Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo or similar CAD software.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design and engineering drawings.
- Ability to understand 2D and 3D drawings.
- Knowledge of BOM, sheet metal, molds, jigs and fixtures is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with different departments.

For Freshers Freshers with valuable CAD knowledge, mechanical design fundamentals and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. For Experienced Candidates Candidates with 13 years of experience in Mechanical Design, Product Development, Mold Design, Jig & Fixture Design or Sheet Metal Design will be preferred.
