Proficiency in fire and gas system design software (e.g., AutoCAD, FDS, or similar).Robust understanding of fire and gas detection technologies, including conventional and addressable systems, smoke detectors, heat detectors, gas detectors, and fire suppression systems. In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as NFPA 72, 101, 13, 15, IEC, UL, and local fire safety regulations.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and recommend safety improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders at various levels.
