Develop 3D mechanical models, engineering drawings, assemblies, fixtures, and machine structures using SolidWorks.

Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using

SolidWorks /AutoCAD Electrical.

Select and integrate sensors, actuators, motors, switches, and other mechatronic components.

Configure I/O signals and develop control sequences for machine operation.

Integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems to achieve required machine functions.

Prepare BOMs, component specifications, wiring schedules, and technical documentation.

Review designs for functionality, safety, manufacturability, and ease of assembly.

Support prototype assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and system commissioning.





Visit client/project sites for technical discussions, measurements, inspections, and project support.

Coordinate with manufacturing, electrical, software, and testing teams to resolve design and integration issues.

Implement approved design changes and maintain updated drawings, programs, and technical records.

Understand client requirements and develop suitable mechanical, electrical, and automation solutions.

Follow applicable engineering standards, company procedures, and ISO 9001 quality requirements.
