Role & responsibilities

1. Architectural design - Prepare plans, drawings, sketches and models as required to support design and development proposals.

2. Lead concept design generation as per customer KYC

3. Take lead for ensuring all designs/drawings are as per company standards.

4. Should be able identify the right design solutions, which are adhering to JSW standards and are aesthetically pleasing.

5. Clarification of the details for the design with the end customers.

6. Coordinating sanction drawings and approval process.

7. Making site visits to check on progress and manage the team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5 yrs experience, with residential projects.

- B.Arch garduate. M.Arch is an added advantage

- Exemplary design & drawing skills with the flexible mindset to adapt to a high pressure work workplace

- Ability to see the big picture as well as giving attention to the smallest detail.

- Ability to communicate effectively the design plans to the client.
