The Design Coordinator Civil & Structural is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and managing civil and structural design activities across projects.
The role ensures alignment between design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders, while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery of design outputs.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of design elements
Review civil and structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Ensure adherence to local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Manage design timelines and track progress against project schedules
Identify design clashes and coordinate resolutions across disciplines
Facilitate design review meetings and maintain documentation of discussions and decisions
Support value engineering initiatives and optimize design solutions
Liaise with site teams to address design-related issues during construction
Maintain proper documentation and version control of all design deliverables
Ability to handle the team and work as a team leader
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
1 to 4 years of experience in civil/structural design segment organization
