- Taking care of collection of unsecured and secured loan (NPA pool)
- Managing Field Collection agencies along with central team
- Have valuable communication skills
- Well versed with RBI policies and collection guidelines
- Polite and assertive in nature
- Undertake regular & timely reviews of the Collection Agency/tele-calling team and suggest measures to increase engagement levels with customers;
- Continuously monitoring collection agencies to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities;
- To achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target assigned to individual;
- To assist in filing of Police Complaints and liaising with the Police Machinery;
