Define the statergy and Targets for Productivity, Quality, Cost and delivery parameters and achieve the same by leading the team
Able to drive project for GREEN logistics
Act as analyst : prepare MIS, conduct analysis and take projects for Logistics improvements
Project management for Cost saving projects and transit damage reduction projects
