Key Responsibilities

- Lead preventive, predictive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities.

- Manage maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems.

- Monitor equipment performance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.

- Plan maintenance schedules, shutdown activities, and critical equipment inspections.

- Lead and develop the maintenance team, technicians, and contractors.

- Manage spare-parts planning, inventory, and maintenance costs.

- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and modification of plant machinery.

- Drive root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and cost/energy-saving initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, quality, and company standards.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of plant machinery, utilities, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.

- Valuable leadership, team-management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
