1. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and Full & Final settlements.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data accurately.
- Handle attendance, leave, shift rosters, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Manage contract labor compliance (PF, ESI, minimum wages, licenses, registers, audits).
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.

Housekeeping

Management

- Oversee warehouse housekeeping standards (cleanliness, hygiene, waste management).
- Coordinate with housekeeping vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.

4.

Security

Management

- Coordinate with security agencies for manpower deployment and access control.
- Ensure visitor management,



material movement control, and gate processes.
- Investigate incidents, theft, or breaches and submit reports.
- Maintain security compliance and emergency preparedness.

5. Warehouse HR Support

- Partner with warehouse leadership on manpower planning and productivity.
- Support shift-based workforce management.
- Handle shop-floor employee communication.
- Drive training programs on safety, POSH, discipline, and HR policies.

6.

Employee

Relations

- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Resolve conflicts and improve workplace morale.
- Organize engagement activities, town halls, and celebrations.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR operations
- Experience in warehouse / manufacturing HR preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Vendor management (security & housekeeping)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS
