Duties and Responsibilities

- Managing Hospital sourcing for assigned Relationship for Loans and Insurance.

- Engage with Hospital to build and strengthen relationships.

- Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals' queries.

- Managing FOS at Hospitals for Loans and Insurance sales in conjunction with Hospital Staff.

- Daily Reporting of Key metrics for the hospitals for driving velocity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 1-3 years of experience.

- Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry or Healthcare industry would be an added advantage.

- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.

- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.

- Should have excellent communication skills along with solid presentation and data analytics skills.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

- Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
