Sr. Executive / Assistant Manger

:

- Dialer Configuration and Management:
- Set up and configure dialer systems to support various campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain the health of dialer systems.( User Id management , Uptime SLA)
- Troubleshoot and resolve dialer-related issues.( Reduce DT to less than 1% if its Fibe or vendor)
- Performance Optimization:
- Analyze dialer performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize dialing patterns and increase contact rates.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure dialer settings align with campaign goals.
- Work on optimum Occupancy management
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure dialer operations comply with relevant regulations (e.g., TCPA, FDCPA).
- Generate and analyze reports on dialer performance, call outcomes, and agent productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of dialer settings and changes.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to call center staff regarding dialer operations.




- Liaise with IT and external vendors for system upgrades and technical issues.
- Training and Development:
- Train call center agents and supervisors on best practices for using dialer systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in dialer technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing dialer systems in a call center workplace.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using reporting tools.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with specific dialer software (e.g., Ameyo( Exotel) , Genesys, Avaya ).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and CCAAS system
- Understanding of Collections call center operations and metrics thoroughly
