Job Summary

He/She should have 8-10 yrs experience in Solution Sales of BMS & IBMS (FAPA, ACS, CCTV, Physical Security) project sales in the industry.

- Strong in technical & a team player.

- Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market.

- Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis

- Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure

- Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private),

- willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems

- Preferably having experience of handling Project/Solution Sales.

- Should have experience in working with ELV Consultants, ELV/MEP Contractors.

- Verticals: Builders, developers, Hospitality, Healthcare, Pharma, Commercials.

- Ready to Travel.

- Good experience in the Assigned Market/Region.

Solution/Products knowledge: BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc), Physical Security Systems Like (Baggage Scanners, Boom Barrier, Turnstile, bollards etc)

Qualifications

- Experience: 7-10 Years

- Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business





- Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline

- Region Handling – Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan

- Base Location: Gurgaon or Chandigarh
