The Area Training Managers are expected to possess a functional expertise in training with additonal qualification of being a Licentiate of Insurance Institute of India or a corresponding LOMA Certification. Since this role demands ability to persuade and influence stakehodlers both within and outside CHL, an experience of 6-8 years is desired, alongwith relavant Life Insruance experience. The trainers are also expected to counsel and coach ISMs on the job as well, hence depth of experience is key. They would engage with Sr. Leadership team across partner banks and hence it is critical to have ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication.
Duties:
• To advance culture of need based propositions within LBS and our teams. Ensure skill and will based training.
Training and on boarding of new staff.
- Implementing and rolling out the Training Workshops/ Initiatives for defined region.
- Train and Influence the CHL Sales Team and Partner Bank LBMs/LBEs & staff on the usages of Proposition Centric Conversation starters & Sales Tools, and promote usages in Customer Interactions, to ensure better Lead Generation and Sales Conversion ratio.
- Develop Conversational Selling skills of mapped LBS for generating positive business results • Ensuring compliance with regards to defined Training Processes and identify sales issues across mapped branches / LBS
