Cluster Branch Head (CBH) | Banca Channel Role Objective: To drive business growth in the banca channel by managing a cluster of bank branches, leading a team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business & Sales Management Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches. Achieve cluster-level revenue, premium, and policy targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Ensure productivity of Relationship Managers / Sales staff.

- Team Handling & Development Managing and leading a team of Relationship Managers / Associates. Recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members. Regular field visits and performance reviews. Coaching team on sales techniques and product knowledge. 3.

Bank Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff. Ensure alignment with bank goals and sales strategy. Resolve escalations and support branch-level operations.

Channel Development

Drive activation of current branches within the cluster. Increase penetration and cross-sell opportunities. Execute campaigns and promotional activities at branch level.

- Compliance & Process Adherence Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDA guidelines. Maintain proper documentation and audit compliance. Monitor quality of business and persistency ratios.
- Reporting & MIS Track and share periodic MIS reports. Analyse performance gaps and implement corrective actions. Maintain data accuracy in systems.

Key Requirements: Experience: 6–12 years in Insurance/Banca sales Experience in Team Handling is Mandatory Strong exposure to bancassurance channel Good relationship management & stakeholder handling skills Strong leadership and people management ability
