The role focuses on product knowledge, sales capability, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric selling to achieve bancassurance business targets.
Experience 3–8 years of experience in insurance sales or bancassurance Minimum 2+ years in training, coaching, or sales enablement role preferred Experience working with bank partners is an added advantage Age-30 to 39
