Designation: Deputy General Manager
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics) from a Tier-1institute.
Work Experience
· Minimum 13 years
· Maximum 15 years
· Experience working on automobile Strength/Durability at an automotive OEM company.
(With more than 5 years of experience using NX software/CAD creation software, Hyper Mesh, LS-DYNA, MSC Nastran-SOL101, SOL111, SOL112)
Job Responsibilities
· Planning and progress management for business implementation
· Responsible for each report
· Reviewing business results and formulating method improvement plans.
· Manage a development team for durability and strength performances
· Tentative 3 months to 6 months of deputation/training in Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan
Software Knowledge
· NX software/CAD creation software (Mandatory),
· Hyper Mesh (Mandatory),
· LS-DYNA (Mandatory),
· MSC Nastran (SOL101, SOL111, SOL112) (Mandatory),
· FEMFAT (Mandatory)
Key Skills/Competencies
- Knowledge of material mechanics and automobile structure
- Experience as manager of a development team for durability and strength performance of automobiles
- Experience in performance development other than durability and strength of automobile bodies
- Japanese conversation ability
· Ambitious and actively take on the challenge of improving your skills while valuing teamwork.
