DGM Mechanical Maintenance position with a leading Fertilizer Manufacturing Company.

Location: Kakinada

CTC: 35–40 LPA

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory

Experience: 17+ years in Mechanical / Plant Maintenance

Key Requirements

- 17+ years of experience in Mechanical / Plant Maintenance
- Strong experience in Maintenance Leadership in large manufacturing / process plants
- Experience in Fertilizer / Chemical / Process / Petrochemical / Acid / Oil & Gas / Cement / Continuous Manufacturing industries
- Solid experience in Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown & Shutdown Maintenance
- Hands-on experience with Rotary & Stationary Equipment including pumps, agitators, conveyors, fans, drums, tanks, pipelines and valves
- Strong knowledge of Equipment Reliability, Condition Monitoring, RCA / RCFA, RCM & FMEA
- Experience in Maintenance Planning, Shutdown Planning,



Manpower Planning & Critical Spare Management
- Exposure to SAP PM / SAP MM, Procurement & Vendor Management
- Experience in CAPEX / Revenue Expenditure, Maintenance Budgeting & Cost Optimization
- Strong Team Handling / People Management and contractor management experience
- Experience in Safety, PSMS, IMS, 5S & Statutory Compliance
- Experience in DAP / Phosphoric Acid / Sulphuric Acid / Fertilizer Plants will be an added advantage

Preferred Industry Fertilizer / Chemical / Process Manufacturing

Candidates from Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Cement and other large continuous process manufacturing industries may also be considered, provided they have strong Mechanical Maintenance + Plant Maintenance Leadership experience.
