1. Design Leadership & Project Management

- Lead the design development for new stores, remodels, relocations, and special projects across multiple regions.

- Manage end-to-end design deliverables from concept through Positive for Construction (GFC) drawings.

- Ensure timely delivery of design packages aligned with project rollout timelines.

- Prioritize and allocate work across the design team to meet business requirements.

1. Design Strategy & Brand Excellence

- Ensure all store designs comply with Burger King global design standards while adapting to local operational and site requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement in store layouts, customer flow, kitchen efficiency, and space optimization.

- Standardize design practices, templates, and documentation across projects.

- Evaluate new materials, finishes, and design innovations to improve durability, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
