Role Overview The EDC Deployment Operations Executive will manage end-to-end operational activities related to deployment, activation, tracking, and lifecycle management of

EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines across assigned regions. The role involves coordination between field teams, logistics, warehouse, and backend support to ensure timely and efficient device deployment.

�� Key Responsibilities

�� Deployment & Inventory Management

 Oversee allocation and dispatch of EDC/POS devices to field executives.

 Track device inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation.

 Monitor device serial number mapping and merchant tagging.

 Ensure timely activation of deployed devices.

�� Merchant & Field Coordination

 Coordinate with field deployment teams for installation scheduling.

 Resolve escalations related to installation delays or device issues.

 Monitor merchant onboarding and activation status.

�� Operations & Reporting

 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly deployment MIS reports.

 Track KPIs such as TAT (Turnaround Time), deployment and device utilization.





 Identify gaps in deployment processes and suggest improvements.

�� Required Skills

Technical & Functional Skills:

 Experience in POS/EDC deployment operations

 Strong knowledge of inventory & asset management

 Good understanding of merchant onboarding processes

 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)

 Familiarity with CRM or internal ticketing tools

Soft Skills

 Solid coordination & stakeholder management skills

 Ability to handle escalations

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills

 Detail-oriented with operational discipline

�� Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline (Operations/Commerce preferred)

 2+ years experience in fintech, banking, payment solutions, or device operations
