Role Overview

We are looking for a

Demand Planning Executive to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and product availability across channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales, trends, seasonality, and business inputs.

- Track forecast vs. actual sales and analyse demand variances.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams for demand planning.

- Monitor inventory levels and identify stock-out, excess, and slow-moving inventory.

- Support monthly/weekly demand planning and recent product launches.

- Prepare MIS and dashboards for forecast accuracy, inventory, and availability.

- Ensure optimum inventory levels while maintaining product availability.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain / Inventory Planning.

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

- FMCG, D2C, Retail, or E-commerce experience preferred.
