Role Description The Delivery Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of performance marketing and insurance distribution projects. This role includes planning and managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring commitments are met on time and within scope.

Manager will monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize lead generation and affiliate marketing initiatives.



Daily responsibilities involve leading team meetings, aligning stakeholders on project objectives, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication channels. The role also includes preparing status reports, implementing process improvements, and ensuring delivery quality that supports client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Program management experience to plan, execute, and track multiple concurrent projects or campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills for clear, concise interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Team management capabilities to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional delivery teams.
- Consulting skills to understand client needs, recommend solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
- Experience in BFSI, performance marketing, or insurance distribution is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
