Job Purpose

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion application projects, including implementation, upgrades, integrations, cloud transformation initiatives, and support engagements. The role is responsible for driving successful project delivery by coordinating business and technical teams, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion projects, covering project initiation, planning, execution, go-live, stabilization, and closure.

- Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and business transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and transition.

- Develop and maintain project plans covering functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, security, infrastructure, and change management workstreams.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.

- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, configuration, development, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, deployment, and post-production support activities.

- Support organizational change management, user adoption, training coordination, and business readiness activities associated with Oracle transformation programs.

Key competencies

- Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests; implement appropriate mitigation and escalation mechanisms.

- Oversee Oracle EBS enhancements, upgrades, customizations, integrations, and support initiatives while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

- Drive project governance through status reporting, steering committee reviews, stakeholder communications, RAID management, and executive reporting.

- Ensure successful delivery of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs,



and enterprise integration frameworks.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, MCA, or a related discipline.

- Strong project management experience delivering Oracle ERP transformation and application initiatives.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholder groups in complex enterprise environments.

- Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities.

- Experience driving governance, compliance, quality assurance, and delivery excellence across large-scale Oracle programs.

- Ability to lead geographically distributed teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced delivery environments.

- Solid understanding of Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 architecture and enterprise application landscape.

- Experience managing data migration, application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise integration initiatives.

- Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Projects, and related business functions.

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications architecture, SaaS delivery model, and Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, and PPM modules.

- Familiarity with Oracle EBS customizations, CEMLI objects (Customizations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations), interfaces, workflows, concurrent programs, and reports.

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration, personalization, extensions, reporting, and cloud integration approaches.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware concepts, and integration patterns.

- Understanding of Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and enterprise reporting solutions.
