Senior Project Manager Cloud Application Migration and Modernization: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud migration and modernization and application transformation programs using AgileScrum ensuring adherence to scope schedule cost and quality Drive Agile best practices across multiple Scrum teams including sprint planning backlog grooming PI planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure predictable delivery Working closely with architects DevOps and engineering teams Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams of 40-50 members including PMs Scrum Masters developers QA and DevOps Act as primary customer contact managing stakeholder communication expectations status reporting and escalations Successfully execute fixed-price projects with strong scope control milestone delivery cost tracking and margin protection Own planning estimation governance risk issue and change management Ensure quality security compliance and continuous improvement
