Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Dealer Sales Executive to develop and manage the dealer network for cement products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, appointing new dealers, maintaining solid channel relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing cement dealers and distributors.

- Identify and appoint new dealers in the assigned territory.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.

- Conduct regular market and dealer visits.

- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market activities.

- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with logistics for deliveries.

- Manage dealer queries, complaints, and commercial issues.

- Drive promotional schemes and sales activities through the dealer network.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

- Coordinate with contractors, builders,



and influencers to generate demand for the brand.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.

- 3–6 years of experience in cement, building materials, or channel sales.

- Strong dealer and distributor network in the assigned market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Strong sales orientation and ability to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
