Role Description The Day Care Incharge at Ipsaa is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center and ensuring a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children. This includes supervising staff, planning age-appropriate activities, managing schedules, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the facility. The role involves regular communication with parents and guardians, addressing their concerns, providing updates on children’s progress, and supporting smooth admissions and transitions.

Qualifications

- Experience in early childhood care or education, preferably in a day care or pre-school setting.
