- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical, consulting, technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success roles.
- Robust hands-on experience with distributed databases and complex data platforms.
- Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL, database architecture, and query optimization.
- Strong hands-on SQL experience, including query analysis and performance tuning.
- Experience working with complex enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Linux and cloud environments.
- Experience with several technologies across the modern data ecosystem, such as:MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle,
or other relational databasesNoSQL / Key-Value databasesKafkaCloud storage such as S3CDC and replicationKubernetesObservability / monitoring platformsBackup, restore, HA, and DRUnderstanding of cloud networking, security, encryption, and enterprise infrastructure.
