Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Design and manage database structures ensuring data integrity, security, scalability,



and performance.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, reporting, and business intelligence needs.
- Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, execution plan analysis, and indexing.
- Support ETL processes, data migration, integration, and data transformation activities.
- Monitor database health, availability, backups, recovery processes, and security compliance.
- Troubleshoot database issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to implement data solution.
- Maintain technical documentation and support database deployments, releases, and production operations.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in SQL Development, Database Administration, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale databases and reporting environments.

Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in SQL programming.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar RDBMS.
- Knowledge of Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Indexing.
- Hands-on experience in query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
