Summary

- We are seeking a highly skilled Dashboard and Data Analytics Expert to join our team.
- As a data engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining data-driven dashboards and providing valuable insights through data analysis.
- Your primary objective will be to support data-driven decision-making processes within the organization by delivering actionable information to key stakeholders.
- You will work closely with a diverse and talented team, and form rich, valuable relationships across the organization using your communication skills and empathetic personality.

As a Data Visualisation Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using D3.JS for charts, to present data in a transparent and concise manner.
- Data Analysis: Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract meaningful information from datasets.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure visualizations are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
- Report Generation: Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and areas of improvement. Automate reporting processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency.
- Data Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, quality, and consistency across dashboards and analytics projects. Implement and maintain data security and privacy measures.
- Requirement Gathering: Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate requirements into dashboard specifications.



Continuously evaluate and refine dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting dashboards and reports. Proactively address user inquiries and troubleshoot any technical issues related to data visualization tools.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Have strong experience with web technologies such as HTML and CSS Integration of same with Data Visualization tools (e.g. D3.js) a plus
- Have an experience with scripting languages like Java Script, Jquery
- comfortable with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
- Solid understanding of databases, data structures, and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus.
- comfortable using Git to collaborate with others and are familiar with CI/CD practices to develop and deliver software optimally.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have (AI Tools – Added Advantage)

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate development and debugging.
- Exposure to integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) into dashboards to enable natural-language querying, automated insight generation, and summarization of data.
- Experience with prompt engineering and building simple AI/chatbot-driven interfaces for report interaction.

· Knowledge of automating data cleaning/ETL tasks using AI/scripting (e.g. Python AI libraries such as pandas-AI, LangChain) is a plus.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
