About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist / AI Agent Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of extension every six months. This remote position is based in India and offers an exciting opportunity to work on pioneering AI projects that influence real-world applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, developing, and deploying AI agents and large language model (LLM)-powered solutions tailored for production environments.

This role requires a deep understanding of agentic AI, prompt engineering, and tool integration, along with the ability to evaluate and enhance AI system performance continuously.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with data and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions with various data platforms, APIs, and cloud-based sources, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in transforming AI prototypes into scalable, reliable, and high-performing production systems,



contributing to the organization’s innovative AI initiatives.

Qualifications The successful candidate should possess strong proficiency in Python and software engineering principles, with hands-on experience in developing AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar tools. A solid understanding of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool/function calling, and agentic AI concepts is essential.

Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, as well as proficiency in SQL and large-scale data management, is required. Additionally, candidates should have prior experience deploying production-grade AI and ML solutions, with familiarity in version control systems such as Git. A background in data science, AI engineering, or related fields is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI agents and LLM-powered solutions for real-world use cases, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Work on agentic AI, prompt engineering, and integration of AI tools with existing data platforms and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions.




- Integrate AI models with cloud services such as AWS and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Take ownership of AI solutions from development through to production, ensuring stability and performance.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Document processes, create technical specifications, and contribute to best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
