Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, programming skills, and a good understanding of machine learning and statistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify meaningful patterns and trends.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
- Develop data visualizations and communicate insights to technical and non-technical teams.
- Work with SQL databases to extract and manipulate data.
- Perform feature engineering and model validation.
- Monitor model performance and improve models when required.
- Collaborate with development, business, and technical teams on data-driven projects.
- Document analysis, models, methodologies, and results.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Valuable understanding of Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib,



and Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of Statistics and Probability
- Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
- Strong SQL skills
- Knowledge of Data Cleaning, EDA, Feature Engineering, and Model Evaluation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of NLP or Generative AI
- Familiarity with Git and APIs
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience deploying ML models using Flask/FastAPI or similar frameworks

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
