Role Description The Data Science Trainer will deliver structured, high-quality training sessions on data science concepts, tools, and methodologies in a classroom or lab setting. This full-time on-site role, based in the Greater Delhi Area, involves designing and updating course materials, preparing lesson plans, and creating practical exercises and projects that reinforce learning outcomes. The trainer will explain core concepts such as statistics, mathematics, programming basics, and machine learning techniques in an accessible way, while monitoring learner progress and providing timely feedback.

Daily responsibilities include conducting lectures, facilitating hands-on sessions,



assessing assignments, and mentoring learners on career paths and industry expectations. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to refine training content based on market trends and employer needs, ensuring that learners gain job-ready skills.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Science Education, with the ability to relate core scientific thinking to data science applications.

- Solid understanding of Mathematics and basic Statistics relevant to data analysis and machine learning.

- Background in Physics or related quantitative disciplines that supports teaching analytical and modeling concepts.

- Experience as a Qualified Teacher or Trainer, with proven Lesson Planning skills and structured course delivery.

- Proficiency with data science tools and concepts (e.g., Python or R basics, data visualization, introductory machine learning) is highly beneficial.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with an inclusive, learner-centered approach.
