Job Summary

'This individual contributor is primarily responsible for supporting data-informed decisions, gathering data and information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, and preparing data for analytic efforts. This position develops, implements, and automates business and reporting solutions and supporting data analysis interpretation.

Responsibilities

- Gather, validate, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Develop and automate Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Python reporting solutions.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to deliver actionable business insights.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and support data-driven business decisions.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Maintain data quality, refresh processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support process improvements, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

Qualifications

- Robust experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Python, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of DAX, data modelling, Power BI Data Models, and database architecture.
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical/analytical techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
