The Manager/ DM -Data Protection Office (DATPRO) in the Data Protection Department will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our customers, employees and other stakeholders personal data. The position requires a proactive approach to data privacy and the ability to foster a culture of data protection within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement: Handle customer data privacy inquiries/concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer trust and compliance with privacy regulations

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments to integrate data protection measures/compliances into business processes. Also collaborate with IT/DE teams to ensure alignment between legal requirements and technical measures

Documentation and Record Keeping: Manage and maintain comprehensive records of data processing activities, incident logs, and compliance documentation





Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including task assignment, deadline setting, and progress tracking

Data Privacy framework: Assist in developing and implementing data privacy framework including data protection policies, procedures in business processes, ensuring they align with legal standards and organizational objectives

Technology and Data Privacy: Stay abreast of technological advancements and their implications on data privacy, legislative and regulatory developments in the field of data protection and adapt strategies accordingly

Training and Awareness: support DPO in conducting data protection training sessions to enhance awareness and understanding of data privacy responsibilities among employees.
