- Advanced Google Sheets & Formula Skills

* Strong practical knowledge of advanced Google Sheets functions and formula combinations.
- Advanced VLOOKUP and multi-condition lookup techniques.
- XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH and INDEX-based dynamic lookups.
- Advanced use of QUERY for customised MIS and business reporting.
- Writing customised QUERY conditions using SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, LABEL, PIVOT, LIMIT, etc.
- Combining QUERY with FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE and ARRAYFORMULA.
- Advanced ARRAYFORMULA usage for automatically extending formulas across large datasets.
- INDEX, MATCH and multiple-criteria INDEX/MATCH solutions.
- FILTER and multi-condition filtering.
- UNIQUE and SORT for dynamic data preparation.
- SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, SUMPRODUCT and other multi-condition calculations.
- IF, IFS, IFERROR, IFNA and nested logical formulas.
- REGEXMATCH, REGEXEXTRACT, REGEXREPLACE and other Regex-based data processing.
- SPLIT, TEXTJOIN, JOIN, FLATTEN and TEXT functions for data transformation.
- IMPORTRANGE for connecting multiple Google Sheets.
- INDIRECT and dynamic range-based formulas wherever required.
- OFFSET and dynamic range handling where applicable.
- DATE, EDATE, EOMONTH, NETWORKDAYS, WORKDAY and other date-based calculations.
- ARRAY, dynamic range and spill-based reporting techniques.
- Customised formulas based on actual business requirements instead of only using standard formulas.
- Create formulas which can automatically handle new rows and changing data.
- Optimise complex formulas to improve Google Sheet performance.
- Identify and resolve formula errors, circular references and incorrect data outputs.
- Ability to combine multiple functions into a single formula to automate complex calculations.
- Create dynamic dashboards and MIS without unnecessary manual intervention.

- Advanced Data Processing

* Data cleaning, validation and standardisation using formulas and Apps Script.
- Remove duplicates and identify duplicate transactions.
- Match and reconcile data between multiple sheets/files.
- Identify missing, incorrect and mismatched records.
- Create automated ageing calculations.
- Create energetic branch-wise, customer-wise, employee-wise and product-wise reports.
- Convert raw transactional data into management-ready MIS.
- Handle large datasets and optimise formulas accordingly.

- Google Apps Script





* Develop and maintain Google Apps Script-based business automation.
- Automate daily, weekly and monthly MIS.
- Automate data collection, consolidation and processing from multiple Google Sheets.
- Create custom functions for business-specific requirements.
- Create custom menus, buttons and user-based workflows in Google Sheets.
- Automate PDF generation and report distribution.
- Automate email notifications and follow-ups.
- Work with Google Drive, files and folders through Apps Script.
- Use time-based, on-edit and other triggers wherever required.
- Create automated data import/export processes.
- Optimise scripts for large datasets and reduce execution time.
- Maintain existing scripts and troubleshoot script-related issues.
- Build reusable functions instead of creating separate code for every report.

- FMS / PMS

* Maintain and develop FMS/PMS-based business processes.
- Create step-wise workflow and pending tracking systems.
- Monitor pending cases, ageing and responsibility.
- Prepare department-wise and employee-wise pending reports.
- Create automated follow-up and escalation systems.
- Track TAT and process completion.
- Develop customised FMS/PMS reports based on management requirements.

- Stock / Inventory MIS

* Prepare stock movement and stock position reports.
- Opening, inward, outward and closing stock analysis.
- Item-wise, branch-wise and location-wise stock analysis.
- Stock ageing and slow-moving stock reports.
- Identify stock mismatch and unusual stock movement.
- Stock reconciliation between different sources.
- Prepare stock requirement and availability reports.

- Debtors / Outstanding MIS

* Customer-wise outstanding reports.
- Invoice-wise outstanding tracking.
- Ageing-wise outstanding analysis.
- 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–180 and 180 ageing reports.
- Overdue payment tracking.
- Collection follow-up MIS.
- Reconciliation of debtor data with Accounts/ERP data.
- Identify mismatches between sales, receipts and outstanding.

- Sales & Business MIS

* Daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS.
- Branch-wise, employee-wise, customer-wise and product-wise analysis.




- Target vs achievement.
- Growth and comparison reports.
- Pending order and dispatch reports.
- Customer performance analysis.
- Management dashboards and customised business reports.

- Automation & Process Improvement

* Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into automated systems.
- Reduce manual Excel/Google Sheet work through formulas and Apps Script.
- Create scalable reporting systems which can be used by multiple departments.
- Understand the actual business process before creating the automation.
- Improve existing reports, formulas and scripts for better speed and accuracy.
- Build solutions which are easy for the team to operate and maintain.

Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be practically strong in Advanced Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
- Should be able to create complex formulas independently.
- Should know how to convert a business requirement into a formula, report or automation.
- Should understand business data and not only know formulas.
- Should be comfortable working with large datasets.
- Should have strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Should be able to troubleshoot existing formulas and Apps Scripts.
- Should have the ability to automate repetitive manual work.
- Should be comfortable working with Sales, Accounts, Stock, Debtors, FMS and PMS data.
- Candidate should be capable of developing a complete MIS solution from raw data to final management report.
