We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Executive / ERP Developer to manage, maintain, and develop our ERP system while ensuring strong MIS reporting and data management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with process flow management, flowcharts, and various management systems such as FMS, IMS, and MIS.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the organization's ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Develop, customize, and enhance ERP modules as per business requirements.

- Design, prepare, and maintain process flowcharts for different business operations.

- Handle process flow management to streamline operational processes across departments.

- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data across departments and systems.

- Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and consistency in the ERP system and related databases.

- Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Ensure timely preparation and submission of all MIS reports to the management team.

- Coordinate with different departments to gather data and validate records in the ERP system.





- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in ERP system management and/or ERP development.

- Strong knowledge of data management practices and MIS reporting.

- Proficiency in creating process flowcharts (Google Sheets/docs, flowchart tools or similar.

- Working knowledge of FMS, IMS, and MIS systems.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, etc.)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines and ensure timely report submission.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
